Upgrade to the Beans Diesel 220050 Bean Machine Billet Thermostat Housing to prevent coolant leaks from the weak factory housing on your 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. Machine from 6061 Billet Aluminum, the 220050 features a thicker O-ring seal as well as a nice thick flange that will not flex or bend, lowering the risk of leaks. New stainless steel bolts and washers are also included for a complete installation.

The quality of the housing is great. The housing sealed the first time with no leaks. My only complaint is one of the provided bolts with the allen heads stripped while applying the 18 foot pounds of torque for 2002 7.3. Not a big deal, I took it out and used one of the original bolts to finish the job. I wish Ford put this housing on at the factory! 1345645
