The receiver tube is positioned 1" higher than the stock receiver tube. Additionally, it is securely held to the bottom of the stock bumper compared to the stock receiver or other aftermarket receiver hitches. The hitch also comes with a powdercoated Black Finish, giving it a sleek appearance. Furthermore, it is compatible with other Hitch Products BHP offers. The design is a complete bolt-in, with no cutting or welding required. It is a simple process of unbolt the stock receiver and bolt in the new receiver. In some cases, trucks may need the factory frame holes to be slightly reamed out to accommodate the larger hardware for installation.
