The Bilstein 24-352925 B8 5100 Series Shock Absorber (Ride Height Adjustable) will replace the worn-out shock while allowing you to lift the front of your Ford F-150 4WD. The B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorber is designed for trucks equipped with the factory coilover-style front suspension. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the body allow for several height spring seat positions, providing 0-3 inches of front lift with the stock springs (depending on application). This monotube shock absorber features a 46mm digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valve setting. The Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorber provides greater wheel travel and enhanced handling.
