Bilstein 5100 Series Steering Stabilizers 33-170794 utilize the same high gas pressure monotube design found in our shock absorbers, offering instantaneous response to suspension inputs. These steering stabilizers feature digressive valving, reducing vibration and wear & tear on steering components. Designed specifically to replace the vehicle's OE stabilizer, for easy installation.

For anyone wondering, this bolts right up on a 2013 Ram 3500 SRW. I did use a washer for the bolt nearest wheel (little loose). At 165k miles on the stock one, this was noticable improvement on rougher roads.

Bought this for my '04 Dodge Ram 2500 and installed it with the Moog steering linkage (DS800981A Tie Rod Assembly). It has been working well. No complaints. The damper does not come with any hardware so you will either have to use what's already on your vehicle or buy a bolt and nuts.

2008 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4; 6.7L Cummins, Stock Suspension:Nice looking bit. Unfortunately, it does not come with the mounting bolt to fit the "T-Style" steering linkage arm. Even after that part was found, my garage could not make it fit on the truck. Back to the parts store to get a Rancho steering stabilizer. Not a typical purchase experience through XPD.

No, this steering stabilizer fits 2008-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4wd trucks only.
Is there another steering stabilizer with same specs, or is this the only option for '03-'08 Dodge upgrade? I've replaced my tie rod/tie rod ends with the '03-'08 upgrade kit and this is the recommended stabilizer listed on Amazon. Is there an alternative available from another mfg, or is this the best option out there?
The BILSTEIN 5100 SERIES STEERING DAMPER 33-170794 is a great upgrade from the stock steering stabilizer on the 2008-2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4WD.
