I ordered a fuel rail pressure sensor, which was in it's own box, like a spark plug. It was shipped in a bag envelope with no cushion. The envelope was not compromised, but the box containing the sensor was disintegrated. The sensor was ok and usable. I placed it on the replacement manifold, and it worked.
Maybe next time ship the boxed sensor in a small box with packing material. I took a picture of how I received it.
