Carli Suspension Extended Control Arms

The Carli Suspension Extended Control Arm Kit CS-CA-MS16-94 is engineered to correct axle geometry, improve ride quality, and provide maximum tire clearance for Ram 2500/3500 trucks with 2.5"-3" of front lift. Lifting a straight-axle truck shifts the front axle rearward and off-center, affecting suspension performance and tire fitment. Carli's extended control arms reposition the axle forward, optimizing travel and alignment while minimizing deflection. Constructed from 0.120" box steel with in-house machined joint cups, these arms are designed for strength and durability. Their unique offset design places the link further from the tire, ensuring superior clearance for larger tires.

Unlike traditional control arms that rely on hat bushings, Carli's design incorporates proprietary spherical joints for unmatched articulation and longevity. Featuring a 17-4 stainless steel ball center, custom Energy Suspension bushings with integrated grease channels, and a serviceable zerk fitting, these joints allow greater lateral and vertical misalignment, preventing binding and premature wear.
