The Cummins 3535399 Genuine Turbine Housing to Elbow Clamp will replace the housing clamp the HE351 turbo on your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. As the name implies, this clamp attached the turbine exhaust housing of the turbocharger to the cast elbow that connects to the downpipe of your truck. The stock clamp can become corroded over time, and this clamp is a direct fit replacement.
