Cummins 3928499 Genuine 180 Degree Coolant Thermostat

Order #1806112. Luckily XDP has a good description of the thermostat under the details. A local Cummins dealer gave me the wrong thermostat for my truck and couldn’t lead me in the right direction for one that would fit. Not to mention the price was triple. Took about 5 minutes of reading and 2 days of shipping and XDP had the correct Cummins thermostat in my hand.

Needed a thermostat for a 97 Dodge Ram 2500 immediately and I couldn’t find one that actually worked for that truck anywhere and y’all had it and I paid for 2 day shipping and it got to me very quickly and worked like a charm will definitely use y’all again!!!

Ordered this thermostat almost 2 months ago from Cummins and still waiting, just got a refund and getting a spare from XDP. So when my truck needed a thermostat IT failed when we needed it the most...as usual. So we ordered 2 thermostats, one from XDP and one from Cummins for the shelf, I like spare parts on the shelf for rainy days. XDP got me my parts in TWO days and my truck was up so we could go back to work. 2 months later and 3 phone calls later were getting a refund from Cummins and might as well forget about my account with them and just ordered my parts all from XDP. Thanks for saving the day when the people that make the parts themselves failed to provide customer service. You haver a customer for life.
