Description
Seal up the intake in your engine with the Cummins 3969988 Genuine Intake Heater Grid Gasket. The heater grid comes off during a lot of repairs such as fuel injector removal. This was typically a graphite gasket from the factory with one installed on top and bottom of the grid heater, so you'll need two of these. It's good insurance to replace them anytime the intake elbow or grid heater comes off to avoid any potential boost leaks when sealing everything back up.

Make sure you order 2. It has one for the top and bottom, If it doesn’t fit one way, spin it. It looks like it is symmetrical on all sides but it is slightly different. Ships fast!

Make sure you order 2 they are sold individually. I missed that part in the description and only received 1 so I had to run to the parts store and pick up a couple mahle gaskets that worked just fine close in quality but the cummins looks a little beefier.
