Description
The Diesel Site FH Fuel Heater from XDP is a great addition to the Diesel Site Fuel Filter / Water Separator System in your truck. Diesel fuel is susceptible to gelling or waxing in cold weather and both are terms for the solidification of diesel oil into a partially crystalline state. The existence of solidified fuel will clog fuel filters and injectors in diesel engines. The crystals build up in the fuel line and especially in fuel filters until the engine is starved of fuel, causing it to stall.
The Diesel Site FH Fuel Heater is manufactured from stainless steel and is completely automatic. No switches or monitoring are required as this heater has a thermostat built in and turns on and off as necessary. The fuel flows through the housing and around the heating element to immediately warm the fuel.
