The Diesel Site PSPF 3/8" Inline Power Steering Filter is a must have when replacing the power steering pump on your vehicle. When a power steering pump fails, it can send metal debris through the lines that can cause premature wear on the new pump you are installing. This filter can extend the service life of your power steering pump by catching the damaging debris from the fluid. When the steering fluid goes through this filter, it will catch any metal, copper, aluminum, and dirt that may be in the lines.
