Restore proper operation in your 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the Diesel Site STANDPIPE60 High-Pressure Oil Stand Pipe & Rail Plug Kit. Many issues with the 6.0 Powerstroke stem from the high-pressure oil system. Items such as the high pressure stand pipes are responsible for supplying oil to the high pressure oil rail on the engine. Over time, the factory stand pipe seals can deteriorate and cause hard starts, high pressure oil leaks, and poor running conditions.

Diesel Site started from scratch and addressed every problem they could. These redesigned stand pipes feature a back-up O-ring for every O-ring on the inside shaft. In addition, this kit includes new banjo bolts without the check ball and spring to allow 100% fluid flow to the cooler.
