Yes. This is a stock replacement compressor wheel for the 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (Built 11/04 & Later).
Before Ordering: When turbo re-manufacturing facilities rebuild the 2005-2007 turbos, they almost always cut the compressor cover to clean up damages and scratches and then install 03 compressor wheels. This is a VERY common practice. Even turbos bought from Ford for an 05-07 truck will most likely have an 03 wheel installed. If your turbo has ever been out of the truck for repair, or you bought your truck used and don't know the history, you must measure the inducer of the compressor wheel before ordering. The 2003 style wheel measures about 59mm and the 2005 style measures about 56mm.
Absolutely! The only thing that could cause any issues with the Wicked Wheel’s durability would be either foreign object damage or dirt ingestion/dusting. Neither of these damages are faults of the wheel, but actually due to an external force.
The DIESEL SITE WICKED WHEEL 2 WW0560 will increase the sound the factory turbo produces in comparison to the stock compressor wheel on the 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (Built 11/04 & Later).
Yes, the DIESEL SITE WICKED WHEEL 2 WW0560 can be installed without removing the factory turbocharger.
