Will not fit on chassis-cab trucks.
This turbo has a reverse thread - meaning you turn the compressor wheel to the right to loosen.
No need to torque the Wicked Wheel on. Simply snug the Wicked Wheel until it fully seats. It will self-tighten to full torque.

Can this be installed on a completely stock truck? Or is there more parts needed I have a 2013 6.7l ford 350. The truck and exhaust is stock. Will this still work or do I need more parts or tuner?
This can be installed on a completely stock truck with no other modifications needed.
Does this kit come with new ball bearnings, not ceramic? What is all included? Turbo is going bad. Would this help with replacement of ball bearings?
The DIESEL SITE WICKED WHEEL 2 WW1167 is JUST a replacement performance compressor wheel. There are no bearings, seals, etc that are included with this compressor wheel.
