Replace a faulty EGT sensor bung on your Ford 6.4L/6.7L Powerstroke with the Dorman 904-457 Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor Bung Repair. A damaged or stripped bung can prevent the EGT sensor from sealing properly, leading to inaccurate temperature readings, exhaust leaks, and potential drivability or regeneration issues. This Dorman OE FIX kit allows direct replacement of only the failed bung, with a weld-on plate if necessary for pipe repair. This kit enables the replacement of the bung only, rather than replacing the entire pipe.
