FASS FAS D05 100G Signature Adjustable 100GPH Fuel Pump

The FASS FAS D05 100G Signature Adjustable 100GPH Fuel Pump will help increase the life of the injection pump in your 2010-2014 Ram 6.7L Diesel. This fuel pump has been designed to be the most flexible high-performance fuel pump on the market. With adjustable fuel pressure, this fuel pump meets the needs of the high-performance diesel trucks. Built with the same high-quality motor used in the Titanium Series fuel pumps, this adjustable pump can flow 100 gallons of fuel per hour. This pump allows you to tailor the quantity of fuel you need for race or competitive diesel engines by adjusting the fuel pressure from 1 to 20 PSI. A boost compensation port is integrated into the pump that ensures you get the correct amount of fuel. To sustain fuel pressure under high loads, air pressure from the intake manifold boosts the fuel pressures while under full throttle.

The FASS FAS D05 100G Signature Adjustable 100GPH Fuel Pump includes a FASS STK-1002 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit.  The Bulkhead fitting is manufactured from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum and has a 5/8 inch Suction Tube as well as a 12 inch Fuel Return Port. This updated and enhanced version of the Suction Tube Kit allows the user to connect their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting. This eliminates the need to cut the filler neck, greatly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube is constructed of PTFE Teflon which can be readily trimmed to fit different fuel tank depths. You can safely operate down to roughly 1/8 tank of fuel if properly fitted.
