Description
The Fleece FPE-GM-FFPD-0116 Fuel Primer Bulb Sealing Kit will allow you to eliminate the leak prone primer bulb in your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax. This primer bulb kit is designed for applications running an positive pressure lift pump that can cause issues with the primer bulb. With a 1/8” NPT port build into the ap, this kit allows for the installation of a low-pressure fuel gauge, or you can use the included NPT plug to cap it off.

I installed a FASS lift pump and within 1 day my primer bulb was leaking. I didn't want to elimate the factory filter but also didn't want to reseal the primer as it was never designed to be under positive pressure. This Sealing kit solved my problem and installed in minutes. The only improvement it needs is a location for the fuel heater ground. I had to run that to the firewall.
