Replace the failed ECM in your Dodge 6.7L diesel with the Flight Diesel Remanufactured Engine Control Module (ECM) FSR4945387. The ECM is the central computer of your engine, it controls fuel delivery, timing, sensor inputs, and more to ensure smooth operation, optimal efficiency, and reliable drivability. If the factory ECM fails, problems such as hard starting, stalling, loss of power, or diagnostic trouble codes can occur and a quality remanufactured ECM can be the solution.
The Flight Diesel remanufactured ECM is completely remanufactured including decasing, inspection and component remanufacture. Each unit is inspected and verified to help restore proper communication with engine sensors, correct engine management functions, and help bring your back to dependable running condition. All ECMs feature individual tri-temperature testing under operating loads at thermal extremes. Units are pre-flashed, with up-to-date software, to ensure that they are ready for a hassle-free installation.
Features:
- Plug & Play Design
- Direct-Fit Replacement
- Tested For Performance
- Pre-Programmed With The Latest OE Software
- Tri-Temperature Tested Under Operating Loads at Thermal Extremes
- Remanufactured In An IATF 16949 & ISO 14001:2015 Certified Facility
Injector Trim Codes:
Injector Trim Codes are calibration values assigned to each individual fuel injector. These codes are usually printed or engraved directly on the injector body. If you provide your trim codes when ordering, they will be programmed into your ECM before shipment.
If the trim codes are unknown, Flight Diesel will load a set of generic trim codes so the ECM is ready for installation. The vehicle will operate normally, but optimal performance is achieved when the correct injector‑specific codes are entered. End users who have access to a compatible scan tool can update or program their own trim codes at any time after installation.
Note:
This ECM is a remanufactured unit, and these modules rely on reusable core components. In some rare cases, certain ECM models may not have immediate core stock available and may require an R&R (Remove & Rebuild) process. This means the customer must send in their existing ECM so Flight Diesel can remanufacture that specific unit. Customers will be notified whenever an R&R is required.
