The XDP Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Top End Gasket Kit with Headstuds provides the components you need to service the top end of your Ford 7.3L Powerstroke, in one convenient package. This kit includes the MAHLE HS54204A Head Set, which is an OE-style gasket set designed to give you a factory fit and long service life.

Also included is a Head Stud Kit to provide excellent clamping force while helping to prevent head gasket failure. The threads are rolled after heat treatment for improved fatigue resistance, and studs are reusable, unlike factory Torque-To-Yield bolts. This kit comes complete with studs, washers, 12-point nuts, and installation instructions.

To ensure proper installation of the head studs, this kit also includes the XDP Thread Cleaning Chaser (M12 x 1.75). An essential tool for cleaning the internal threads of the engine block. By removing debris, old sealants, and anything else in the way, you can ensure that the head studs will be properly installed and torqued.
