Description
The Ford PC3Z-6A785-A Closed Crankcase Ventilation (CCV) Oil Separator is a drop-in replacement for the clogged unit in your Ford 6.7 Powerstroke. To minimize ash loading of the DPF during this operation, the crankcase vent assembly recycles crankcase fumes, allows the mitigation of crankcase pressure, and separates oil from crankcase fumes. The Ford Motor Company's published maintenance information does not specify that CCV service is necessary; however, replacing this component as part of routine maintenance should occur every 30,000 to 40,000 miles. This genuine Ford CCV oil separation is manufactured with high-quality materials to provide a long service life.
