Hellwig Sway Bars are specially designed for your application and feature a larger diameter construction, and polyurethane bushings to make major improvements in the way your truck handles.

Built from 4140 chromoly steel that is hot-formed and heat treated for maximum strength, durability and performance, Hellwig Sway Bars give you the ultimate in road handling and performance. Not only is handling improved but tire life is extended by maintaining even pressure on all four corners in cornering situations.
