The Hellwig 7271 Big Wig Rear Sway Bar for your 2011-2016 Ford F-250/350 SRW 4WD Pickup is built specifically for vehicles with a high center of gravity. Truck Camper, Heavy Hauler, and Heavy Tow applications need the extra control that the Big Wig provides with its larger diameter for more stability in heavily loaded conditions.
The larger diameter will increase stability over 20% and extra heavy duty hardware provides lasting durability. Hellwig recommends you also upgrade with a Hellwig Front sway bar for a complete performance and handling package. Will the sway bar keep the truck from squatting like air bags? I really dont like the air bags. so i am looking at sway bars to correct the squatting when hauling loads.

[@answer]No, the Sway Bar will actually give you added control and more stability in heavily loaded conditions. If you’re looking for more something to help with the squatting of the truck then you’d want to go with the Hellwig Load Pro Helper Springs. This Hellwig Helper Spring set the standard for all other aftermarket helper springs. Featuring Progressive Spring Rate and Fulltime Spring Rate design, this spring is the workhorse of the Hellwig Spring line. With the Progressive design the vehicle must be loaded and its spring compressed to activate the Hellwig Spring, therefore as the vehicles load increases the Hellwig Helper Spring progressively increases its resistance to the load. In the Fulltime design the Hellwig Spring immediately reacts to the vehicles load, therefore compressing very little as load is applied to the vehicle.
