The Hellwig 7738 Adjustable Rear Sway Bar for your 2014-2018 Ram 2500 is purpose built to control body sway when carrying heavy loads or towing.  Upgrading to the Hellwig Rear Sway Bar will improve handling and drivability loaded or empty. The sway bar is made from 1 1/8" Solid Heat-Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel and is  adjustable to provide the level of sway control needed for your load and driving style.
