The Industrial Injection 249B01 KDP Killer Dowel Pin Kit will save the engine in your 1989-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. The stock engine dowel pin is known to come loose due to engine harmonics and cause catastrophic engine failure when this pin drops down into the timing gears. This kit will save you the expense and aggravation of being stranded on the side of the road

Pretty self explanatory and/easy to install blah blah. Probably don't need to spend 50 bucks on a kdp tho...just my opinion

Works great fit as should no instructions but put the thicker black side on the outside and bearing mount on the bolt and fit like a glove...would buy again

This will work for a later 5.9 24valve cummins with the "stepped" timing case that cummins came out with in attempt to correct kdp issue as to where a regular kit just comes with a flat tab (be sure to take timing cover off first to see which style of timing case you have) worked flawlessly just be sure to use loctite on bolt when re installing cheap price to pay for a part that can potentially save you thousands!
