Description
The K&N FIPK Air Intake System 57-2530 from XDP is K&N's
ultimate performance product, designed to increase power in your 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. A high-density polyethylene
(HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase the volume of airflow to
your engine and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque.
This cold air kit is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air
Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical
design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services
under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield helps
protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the
entire system can typically be installed in less than 90 minutes.

I put this on my 02 F350 6spd, gives me about 1 1/2 mpg better, and just a little more power on the high end. Only took about 45min for complete removal and install.

I just bought my 01 Superduty and I knew i wanted to go with a trusted name for a new airfilter. I did a ton of research and asking around until i finally decided with K&N (mostly because of their background in motocross filters). This only took about an hour and a half to install. The performance is awesome. YOu can really hear the turbo wind up now when your really gettin on the throttle. This product is great.

i put this k&n intake system on my 02 powerstroke. You can notice it on the top end and slightly on the fuel mileage maybe one or two mpg. It does sound pretty sweet when ya get into the throttle though. Over-all its a good product that i would recommend
