This tool features a durable hardened carbon steel blade that can be driven between the gasket and mounting surface with a hammer to separate the pan from the gasket.

The blade is too soft and deforms easily. The handle spins no matter how tight you get the nut. You’ll have to add a stop nut. It’s better than a flat head at least.
