Upgrade your intercooler pipes with the Mishimoto MMICP-F2D-03BK Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The factory piping that comes on your truck has numerous restrictive bends that impede airflow and choke out the power that your engine can produce. Mishimoto intercooler piping is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, giving you an increase in airflow and power. The Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit includes DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.
Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. For greater improvements in charge-air cooling, pair this piping kit with the Mishimoto performance intercooler. The Mishimoto 6.0L Powerstroke intercooler pipe and boot kit is made in the USA and includes our signature lifetime warranty.

Hot pipe didn’t fit the greatest and the clamps could be better quality such as the BD diesel style clamps, in my opinion, even if it cost a little extra.

Great kit, kind of a pain to install but overall I'm very pleased with it. Make sure you tighten the clamps down good or you will blow the boots apart under a load

Overall very pleased with the pipes. Very high quality. I would highly recommend.
Yes the hot side pipe is a pain to put on but will work, becareful I did scratch mine up pretty good. Boots are thick and look like they will last a long time. My biggest complaint is the clamps. The hot side stripped and caused the boot to pop off the turbo while towing. I used the original Ford clamp which looks bigger and stronger.

Great product once you figure how to install it. No directions at all with kit. I had to search online for an hour until I found good enough directions to finish installing them.

Good piping and boots but the hot side pipe doesn't work well,reinstalled my old pipe due to fit issues.
