MOOG 424 Premium 1550-WJ U-Joint (Greaseable)

The MOOG 424 Universal Joint from XDP is an ideal replacement for the worn U-Joint in your vehicle. These joints are specifically designed for fleets, off-highway, and commercial vehicles. The bearing cups are cold-formed, case-hardened, and precision ground for strength and durability. Nitrile seals protect against under-vehicle contaminants and retain grease effectively. Greasing is easy with drilled and tapped fitting holes and cross trunnions with large grease reservoirs and radial grease channels. The smooth surface of the cross trunnions, ground to a 15-25 RMS finish, prevents premature wear. The internal anti-drainback valve and thrust washer control lubrication flow and prevent dry startup. MOOG engineers conduct comprehensive testing throughout the design and development processes to ensure high-quality performance.
