Mopar 68218925AB Automatic Transmission Fluid (8 & 9 Speed ATF)

Ordered 10 bottles after a day, the order was held for security review, at which point I wasted 15 minutes on the phone “verifying my identity” after reviewing the invoice. Following the call, I was only charged for one bottle, at which point I wasted another 45 minutes on the phone with them to tell me they have no more and were sending me just one bottle. I told them I cannot do anything with that and to cancel the order, which they said they will do. After a few days of not receiving the refund, I once again called for 45 minutes to ask where my refund was and was told that the previous employee had failed to cancel the order despite my clear request. So after about a week, I received a single bottle that I couldn’t do anything with, and I didn’t get my money back. The product was fine, no issues. The customer support and their inventory tracking need improvement. Was not happy with not being refunded and getting sent a bottle that has no use to me.
