The Motorcraft XO-5W30-QFA SAE 5W-30 F-150 Full Synthetic Diesel Motor Oil is the factory specified fluid for your Ford F-150 3.0L Powerstroke. This fully synthetic specialty oil is only for use on the F-150 Powerstroke engines. The FA-4 oil classification is formulated for use on newer engines that require a lower viscosity while also meeting stringent emissions standards. Motorcraft F-150 Diesel Motor Oil is formulated with premium base oils and performance additives to provide excellent protection against oxidation, wear, and corrosion.

The oil and filter for my pickup is hard to find but these guys had it, where the dealership would have to order it, AND these guys were much cheaper than the dealership. Fast shipping too!

I had a hard time locating this stuff locally. XDP was able to fulfill my request for 7 quarts while all my local parts stores couldn't find it in their warehouses (Order #1208234). I got just over 7k miles out of my last oil change using this oil and will continue using it. The truck is averaging 25mpg between highway and city driving with the FX4 package and 3.31 gears.
