Description
The Powerstroke Products Head Gasket (+.010 Thickness) is a direct-fit solution for replacing the failed head gasket on your Ram 6.7L diesel. This gasket features an SS301 material for the outer layers and stainless steel for the center core. Each gasket is mask-coated with an FKM Fluoroelastomer Coating, and the entire surface is coated with PTFE material for completely coated surface.

PowerStroke Products head gasket [+.010] Red Color

We used this head gasket on a customer's 2011 6.7L with a new cylinder head and studs. Customer brought truck in for a Coolant Consumption Inspection and an oil change. Said he has had to add 1/4 gal. to res. truck only has 2400 miles on it since job was complete. Pulled radiator cap off to inspect level and condition of coolant and found a bunch of Red particles stuck to seal of radiator cap and in the sealing surface of the radiator neck, along with a bunch floating. The only thing that color red is the head gasket. So now I'm wondering how long till I have to warranty this job. For now, we are going to do a flush. Have pictures to prove!
