Install reliable sealing new cylinder heads on your performance built 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke with the Powerstroke Products Loaded O-Ring 6.4L Cylinder Head PP-6.4HeadLHDVSO. The O-Ringed design provides a positive seal around the cylinder which keeps in compression. These heads are assembled using heavy duty valve springs to keep the valves under control when used in high performance builds. Each head is built from a new casting and is assembled with brand new valves, seals, and HD springs. No core required, sold individually.

o-ring head issues

I had these heads installed, on a fresh block, including apr studs . After only 33,000 miles I have exhaust gas problems. Total bad idea, could not have been any research on this product. Never ever could recommend this bad idea mid.

No. The Powerstroke Products Loaded O-Ring 6.4L Cylinder Head With HD Springs has iron valve guides. Powerstroke Products finds that the bronze valve guides are great for race applications, but do not provide the long term reliability and wear resistance that the iron does.
Does the PSPP-6.4HEADLHDVSO have the upgraded bronze valve guides?
No. The Powerstroke Products Loaded O-Ring 6.4L Cylinder Head With HD Springs come with iron valve guides as they are better suited for longevity. Bronze guides work well in Engines that has a limited service life.
