Filter is nicer overall, yet the drain plug is kind of crappy; it leaks unless you really wrench down on it to tighten it.

Good quality filter but beware of the O-ring not fitting in the grove and popping out causing the filter to leak. It took me a good hour to get it to seal I go through the top.
