The PPE 116111000 High-Flow Exhaust Manifolds with Up-Pipes for your 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 increase exhaust flow by 20 percent and are 50 state emissions legal. Designed to outlast your truck the manifolds are made from high-quality cast iron and the up pipes are made from stainless steel. Plus the aircraft grade Up-Pipe bellows are high-flow, internally sleeved, and have an increased inner diameter.

Bit of a time consuming job to do, but overall happy with results. Saw egts drop roughly 150 to 200 degrees. Also get a bit of a turbo lag on lower end but compensate on top end and egt temperatures

Very clean, heavy duty and flows extremely well. Everything fit without a struggle. Only issues I had were with the LMM modified coolant tube. The instructions never me ton that the new tube must be installed first, prior to the left up pipe. This is opposite of how it came out. The new design goes behind the up pipe instead of over it. The second issue was also with the coolant tube. The o-ring that came with it was too small and leaked immediately. had to find a thicker one to replace it with. Other than that it's a solid product and well worth the price.
The 3" down pipe fits like a glove with these as well
