Description
The PPE 117000700 3" Stainless Steel Downpipe for your 2015.5-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML allows you to remove your crushed oval stock downpipe and replace it with a smooth round, long lasting 304 stainless steel down pipe. Includes a woven titanium sleeve to reduce engine bay temperatures.

Purchased this downpipe because I have other PPE parts on my LML and liked the brand. However, when it comes to this downpipe go with a different brand. I will be pulling this pipe back off and going with the MBRP downpipe. The PPE downpipe connection is about 1/8 inch too long preventing a solid seal. My truck did a regen and I thought my truck had caught fire there was so much smoke coming up out of the hood. I also get a very strong raw diesel fuel smell during the regen. If I sit idle for an extended period I get a strong exhaust smell in the cab.
