Description
The PPE 128059150 Double-Deep Spin-On Filter promotes more responsive and smother shifts in your Allison 1000 or 2000 Series transmission. This spin on oil filter features a filter media that catches particles that are 15 microns, which is half the size of what a standard transmission filter can catch. This filter also offers well over double (2.72 times) the surface area for more complete filtration that also improves fluid flow to allow better oiling of internal components.

Nearly double the size of the factory filter. The extra filtering element gives me a bit more confidence in it's ability to properly clean the fluid in the transmission. Great part to consider when doing your scheduled maintainence!
