PPE 313020000 High-Pressure Oil Stand Pipe & Rail Plug Kit

Bottom O-ring on top half of stand pipe blew out with about 15,000 miles. There’s a reason these are cheap. Will never get another set. They are junk. Will not recommend unless you like tow bills and constantly being down.

Blew out the bottom o-ring on the top half where it goes into the bottom. I’m trying Dieselsite this time. They have double o-rings where these blew out.

Had a very low success rate, lasting less than 15000. We were looking for a reliable option since Ford has second sourced a lot of their parts. Torqued to 60 foot pounds, and Eaton 71203 lubricant. Dummy plugs haven’t fail but the machining seems to be a bit too tight of a tolerance and rubs the housing. The standpipes are blowing out the o-rings. Three sets on three separate trucks have failed. Not again.

Ordered these parts from XDP for a 6.0 powerstroke. One of the standpipes would not fit into the oil rail. Worked for over an hour. Called XDP, does not Provide technical Support for these, referred to PPE. Called, spoke with tech support, Sent photos, explained my problem and was told tech support would follow up. I called back a day later, same story, never heard back from them. Could not wait and had to get the truck out of my shop. Bought from a local Ford dealer, part fit perfectly. I reached back out a week later to inquire once again and was told and I need to try harder to get this part to fit. Basically asked for a replacement part to swap out. Told me to reach back out to XDP. Terrible service model from the manufacturer. Very frustrating experience and a waste of my time dealing with PPE…

Nice quality, fit great, and solved a hard issue.

Great product, never had a issue with them. Every time I opened the injectors I use this product and great service with stand pipes and S&B mounts. I always use this company for everything.
