Description
The PPE 316119504 Replacement Up-Pipes will replace the leaking up-pipes that are robbing power in your 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The stock up-pipes are notorious for cracking and leaking over time, which results in a loss of power and will leave a sooty mess in the engine compartment. These up-pipes have a wall thickness of 1.120" and are made of 11-gauge stainless steel. They also have stainless-steel bellows, which have a more durable design and will last for many years to come.

Product looks and feels quality. The welds look good. Up pipe didn't line up correctly with the EGR cooler. Stuck up too high and did not sit square to the cooler. This resulted in an exhaust leak that I had to build a custom gasket for and get very creative to make the pipe fit. Put into a 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0
