Ford's 10-speed 10R80 transmission is revolutionary and can go from street to strip with a flick of a button on some vehicle applications. All this available power can generate more heat and even daily driving light-to-light commutes can create high heat. Excessive heat destroys transmission internals and scorches fluid but this cast aluminum pan provides superior cooling over the factory plastic pan. The lower the fluid temperatures, the longer the transmission life.

The PPE 10R80 Deep Transmission Pan is manufactured from cast aluminum with interior and exterior fins that help transfer heat away from the transmission. This pan features a high-power Neodymium magnet-equipped drain plug to keep destructive ferrous metal contaminants out of the transmission fluid. The factory pan is made of plastic without a drain plug. This PPE Pan offers more accessible fluid services that allow you to simply drain, plug, and refill without a trans-fluid shower.
