Worked as designed on my 2008 Dodge 2500 68RFE. I was able to get a bit more torque on the filter to ensure it wouldn’t come loose. I added O-rings on both sides of the bung for good measure and sealing. Several 100 miles on it and so far so good.

I messed up both my other reviews. lol This was a great adapter for the stock filter it is not needed with a PPE filter 191132
