I bought my 7.3 a few years ago. When I first purchased it I first put a 4" down pipe 5" straight pipe and a sbt 60hp tune on the truck. It really made it feel like a newer truck. Well my mechanic said next thing is a cold air intake from S and B. I put it off for a year or so and am now wondering why I ever waited. I gained so much more power on the top end. My truck doesnt bog down on the boat ramp when I am trying to just do a clutch roll so I dont break the tires free. it shoots right up and out. Taking off from light to light is so much smoother and easier. Also noticed a better fuel economy on highway. now I barley put a big toe down and she gulps that air into the spool up. cant beat bought on a friday and had in my hands monday morning. easy install.

Ordered it right before the weekend .... got it on Monday. I’m actually impressed with the quality and easy install of this . I am pretty happy with it so far . This is for my 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 diesel coming up to the 500.000 miles mark 🥰. All original miles on engine / trans. Nothing major done .

Don't buy anything bud this when it comes to cold air intakes. You can pay 300 for a piece pipe and filter. Or you can pay 325 for something that was well thought out and is just all around a better product.

Does this intake work with the early 99 f250? I have seen a couple of comments on different sites stating that this intake does not work on the early 99 F250 with 7.3. Any truth to that?
