Description
The S&B Filters 75-5080 Cold Air Intake with Cleanable Filter is a completely redesigned version of the original S&B Intake System for your 2006-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY/LBZ. This kit takes advantage of the latest in S&B's silicone seals and air filter designs. With improved air flow by over 15% than previous models. The 75-5080 outperforms the stock intake and looks great too!
Designed to minize restriction and increase airflow, the 75-5080 has two air flow configurations with a silicone box plug that can be left on or off depending on your needs. Looks great, long lasting and can take the heat. The premium silicone seals won't tear or crank, and can handle temperatures as high as 400 degrees F. An injection molded MAF plate ensures a true o-ring seal to the sensor.

It didnt fit. The holes for mounting didnt line up. Had to drill new holes. After getting the box and filter in place, the clear cover holes didn't line up. I had to oblong 2 of the holes. The cover isnt on the gasket squarely. Probably from having to jamb the box into place. Checked to make sure I had the right box for my truck. Yep!

Installed on my 6.6 duramax everuthing lined up and went together great. Can definitely hear and feel the difference it made letting my truck breath a lot better would recommend this upgrade.
