The S&B Filters 75-5104 Cold Air Intake with Cleanable Air Filter gives your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke up to a 31.70% airflow improvement over the stock intake system. Designed as a bolt-on replacement, the S&B Intake System features a redesigned air box for a perfect fit and finish, and serious airflow gains.

The S&B cold air intake for the 2011-2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L was engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 31.70% better than stock. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat.

New Snap In Lid Design
A new snap-In lid design requires no screws to secure it to the box. This makes installation and inspection quick and easy, as the filter can be installed and removed without having to remove the intake tube. Our silicone edge trim ensures an airtight seal, protecting against unwanted, power-robbing engine heat. This kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter which results in better performance and protects your engine.

Less Restriction. More Airflow
The Intake Tube has minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet. It is positioned in one clean line with minimum obstructions from the turbo inlet to the intake box and air filter. This results in a decrease in restriction compared to stock.

Choose Your Airflow
The 75-5104 intake kit has (2) airflow configurations. S&B includes a silicone box plug that can be installed or removed depending on personal preference and airflow requirements.
Plug Removed: This configuration will provide an extra air inlet that will be pulled from the passenger side fender area.
Plug Installed: This configuration will seal the secondary air inlet located on the side of the box facing the vehicle fender. The front-facing grill inlet and the front scoop will become the main source of airflow into the Intake Box.

The intake itself is a great product and easy to install. My only complaint is, no hole was cut out for the MAF sensor. XDP was great and shipping & delivery was quick.

It definitely opened up the truck, I can feel it in the throttle and hear it out if the exhaust,I had one in my Ram and wanted one for the 250. Great product overall very easy install on my 6.7 I’ll be ordering more from XDP in the future for the truck and Shipping was fast as well #1583001

Fits right in and the difference on the throttle is noticeable. Easy to install and definitely makes opens up the engine bay. The clear top really makes a nice impression also.

No. The S&B Filters 75-5104 Cold Air Intake (Cleanable Filter) is intended for use on stock and modified pickups. It will not throw a check engine light even if the truck is completely stock.
