Description
The SBI Valve Spring Retainer 161-1079 is a replacement valve spring retainer for Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. This retainer is used in standard valvetrain assemblies to retain the valve spring in position with the corresponding keepers during cylinder head service and rebuild work.
