Titan 7010519 43 Gallon Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank

The Titan 7010519 43-Gallon Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank will give you a longer driving range in your GM 1500 3.0L Duramax LM2 (Crew Cab, Short & Standard Bed). This tank offers 19 more usable gallons larger than the factory fuel tank and gives you the freedom to stop worrying about where the next fuel stop is.  At the factory highway MPG, this fuel tank gives your truck a range of almost 1,500 miles.

This tank is manufactured using 1/4” thick military-grade, cross-linked polymer (XLHDPE) that is tougher than steel and more durable than aluminum. Black, baked epoxy-coated, galvanized steel mounting straps are included for installation. With a tapered design, this fuel tank features an exclusive low fuel trap layout so almost every gallon of fuel can be used.

The Titan Fuel Tank utilizes the stock/OE sending unit, removing the need for an aftermarket or upgraded sending unit. Featuring the Titan Torque Ring, this factory-style sending unit mounting system is a direct fit with no modifications needed. The truck’s analog fuel gauge will read correctly and accurately as it uses the stock fuel sending unit. If you would like to use an aftermarket sending unit, this tank is compatible with other stock-style sending units. This fuel tank does not interfere with powered running boards or air spring suspension systems. No cutting, drilling, or fabrication is necessary for installation and this tank hangs roughly only 1.5” below the bottom of the factory tank.
