Description
The Titan 7030303 60 Gallon Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank for your 2003-2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L & 6.7L Diesel crew cab long bed provides you with additional fuel capacity for peace of mind whether driving down the highway or through remote rural areas. The increased capacity also gives you the ability to shop for lower fuel prices without having to fill-up every time you pass a fuel station.
Most stock (or original equipment) tanks are relatively thin and made of materials like Linear Polyethylene. TITAN Fuel Tanks are made of corrosion-proof, High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLHDPE), which is bonded molecularly. Also, the nominal thickness of all TITAN Tanks is ¼ of an inch.
TITAN Fuel Tanks utilize common sense design features, which simplify installation. They reuse most of the stock components, including the existing sending unit. The tank itself is nearly indestructible, but light enough to be hefted by one or two people. While a vehicle hoist and transmission jack are ideal, hand tools will get the job done. I purchased a Titian 60 gallon tank
The tank was well made but the brackets that came with were not bent right had to modify the brackets in order to have them work right. Since I had my old tank out I had no other choice to fabricate the brackets to fit and cost me another $200.00 for the mechanic to make it work. Very disappointed in Titian with there making sure that the brackets would fit for

When I got the Box it was huge and I was wondering how the tank would fit. the tank fit great. I tested and now I have about 800 miles to the tank 720 miles before the light comes on to fill. what a great purchase and great company to deal with.

Great tank, easy install. First fill was 60.008 gallons at 202 bucks. Had to modify the fuel pump a little to get it to go in.
Requires Modification to work with stock sending/fuel pump module

This tank requires you to file the opening for the fuel sending/fuel pump module for 2003/2004 models. I was told to upgrade to 2005 fuel module but it is not offered without an in tank fuel pump. My 2004 has external and was told that all my parts would fit without having to upgrade or change.
