Description
The Tork Teknology CRCTR010 Connector Tube Removal Tool is the only tool
that works every time. Removing the connector tubes on your 2003-2018 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Diesel has always been a pain. The injector tubes are
recessed in the head and they are an odd size so a special tool is
required. The threads on the tube are modified. The thread depth and pitch have to be programmed into a
CNC to make the connector tube removal tool.
The
other tool on the market leaves a lot to be desired. This is where the
Tork Teknology Connector Tube Removal Tool shines. Featuring a large
knurled head, this tool can be used as a jack screw and can also be
pried against for those really stuck injector tubes. To use, simply
thread the tool onto the connector tube. When it bottoms out in the
head, turn the tool a few more times and the connector tube is removed -
undamaged!

Tool worked perfectly. My number 5 injector died and so I replaced it and the tube. All I had to do was screw this on the tube finger tight and it popped out. Worked perfectly!

This tool makes it so easy to remove the injector tubes. Almost no effort to get them out, thanks for such a quality tool.

I ordered this to do and engine rebuild. Was able to remove 5 of 6 tubes with just finger tight turning one was stuck in perty good but was able to remove by prying on tool and did not cause any damage to tube or head. I was planning to replace tubes anyway with new as the engine had been ran on very dirty fuel and don't want to risk damaging a rebuilt engine. (Order# 622266)
