Upgrade the Oil Cooler in your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the XDP HD Engine Oil Cooler XD212. The factory Oil Cooler is a single component that is responsible for many issues on the 6.0L. Often plugged or blocked from existing contaminants and debris in your cooling system, the oil cooler can quickly lose its ability to properly cool the oil in your Powerstroke engine.
When your Oil Cooler is not performing properly, it can cause excessive wear and even catastrophic damage to vital engine components. Designed as a drop-in replacement, the XDP 6.0L Heavy Duty Oil Cooler features the same design as the upgraded OE Oil Cooler. This upgraded design provides an increase in cooling efficiency and also increases reliability of the cooling system in your 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Gaskets not included, see products below.

Xdp makes good quality parts with great pricing to other options out there that are not even own spec. Everybody uses factory oil coolers and what's funny to me is everybody is always replacing them. It's time we try something else and pound the ground with it and see if it's a no or go on it. Can't say it isn't a proven part if we don't at least try and prove it by doing what 6.0 owners do and that is log tow miles and highway miles period. I have 245000 miles on original oil cooler so sky is the limit with a new oil cooler and that is from keeping up with maintenance which should be done with a new oil cooler also.

Rating is based off of price and the fact that it looks and feels quality. It also fit in the cover properly. Can only give 4 stars because it doesn't come with a gasket kit. A kit with all required gaskets should be an option since we know the turbo, intake manifold, egr cooler and oil cooler are all coming out of the truck.
I will update this review once I put a few thousand miles on it.

Got it installed easily enough fit just like factory, dont have any gauges or monitors in my truck yet but I will soon and will update then. So far so good tho.
