Replace the old intercooler hoses on your 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke with the XDP HD Intercooler Boot & Clamp Kit XD456. A leaking or torn intercooler hose can drastically hurt engine performance, engine efficiency, and in some cases leave you stranded on the side of the road. Replacing your factory intercooler hoses during preventative maintenance can save you a headache down the road.
Each Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit is constructed from 6-ply silicone hoses for added durability. The silicone construction is more resistant to elevated boost levels, higher temperatures, fuel, and oil. The included constant tension t-bolt clamps provide you with superior holding power compared to standard clamps so that these hoses will stay securely installed on your modified or stock Powerstroke.

Way thicker then OEM. Makes it a little harder to install. But looks good on the truck. Tested them out, boost was a little faster.

All of the boots were the right size; thick and tight. The straps all torqued down with no issue anywhere. It’s almost like someone knew what there were doing when they put the kit together. Strange 🤔
