Are you trying to diagnose poor running conditions in your truck? Are you unsure if your fuel injectors are the issue? The XDP Common Rail / Piezo Fuel Injector Testing and Inspection Service helps you easily and accurately diagnose your fuel injector issues without guessing or just “throwing parts” at your truck. Using the XDP Test Service you can test a whole set of injectors, or a single injector in an Association of Diesel Specialists (ADS) member shop. Each test is performed on a Bosch EPS 205 Test Stand. You will receive your results within 2-4 business days from the time XDP receives your injectors.
How it works:
XDP Common Rail / Piezo Fuel Injector Testing and Inspection Service is priced per fuel injector. Simply add the quantity to be tested to the cart, check out, and then proceed with the steps below. Each test is priced individually, per injector.
- Package your injectors for shipping. Ensure they are clean and well packaged to avoid fluid leaks or shipping damage.
- Write your order number and "Injector Testing Service" on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship your injectors to XDP using your preferred shipping method. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable method and insuring your shipment.
- An email confirmation will be sent once XDP receives your injectors.

Testing Process:
Every fuel injector including the nozzle and solenoid is visually inspected. After a visual inspection each injector will then be tested on the Bosch EPS 205 Test Stand. On the stand, fuel injectors will be tested for complete function from the injector solenoid, to the injector nozzle flow, as well as the individual tests performed below.

Results & Options:
After the tests are performed you will receive an email containing a PDF of test results directly from the Bosch EPS 205 Test Stand, along with a copy of the handwritten visual inspection report, and injector images (if required). XDP also has some options for you depending on the outcome of the testing.Option 1 - Return Injectors: XDP will ship your injectors back to you. A flat rate fee of $9.95 for return packaging and shipping applies.
Option 2 - Purchase New Injectors: If you choose to purchase new injectors, XDP will provide you with a core credit on your choice of any new or remanufactured injector or injector set.

A: The test results will include a pass or fail diagnosis. It will not be necessary to decode all of the technical information that will be provided.Q: How do I properly pack my injectors?
A: Fuel injection components can be the most expensive part of a diesel engine. Protect your injectors in a well fitting box with proper packaging material. Ensure that they are clean and bagged to eliminate the risk of leak-through damaging a box. In addition, some injectors such as Ford 6.7L, or Duramax LML have return line fittings that can be extremely fragile and once broken, render the injector useless. Proper packaging is crucial.
